1. Appointments

• Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Missed appointments without notice may be charged a $50 no-show fee.

• Arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.

2. Prescription Rechecks

Not feeling right in your new glasses? No problem!
Our Optical team will first verify that your glasses were made correctly. If everything checks out, our Optometrists are happy to recheck your prescription within 90 days of your exam—free of charge.
After 90 days, a Partial Eye Exam fee will apply.

3. Dilation

If we aren’t able to dilate your eyes on the day of your exam, you have 30 days to return and complete it at no extra cost.

4. Appointment Times & Wait Times

While we make every effort to remain on schedule, appointment times are approximate and delays may occasionally occur when patients require additional care or treatment time. We appreciate your patience and understanding when unexpected delays arise.

5. Insurance

We recommend confirming your insurance coverage and whether we can direct bill before your appointment.
Please note: insurance companies do not share information with our clinic directly.
